Following the Avant Card ‘Postcard of Month’ award for their campaign Brain People, the Brain Dynamics Centre was invited to attend the Postcard of the Year Awards night - 2009-2010 held at Ivy Bar last Wednesday evening. It was a generous and entertaining event from Avant Card, with guests attending from each of the 12 contesting campaigns (http://www.avantcard.com.au/Awards.php). An interview segment with research assistant, Anna Watters, was included in ceremony. Anna spoke about the considerable increase in interest for the Centre’s research that had resulted from this contemporary and well-received approach to recruitment. The Brain Dynamics Centre continues to invite people to come in to see their brain in action as part of the numerous research projects underway.
