Modelling

The structural and functional complexity of the brain means that interpreting recordings is difficult. Our modelling work is aimed at first finding mathematical representations of understood/irrelevant complexities, and then combining these with data to help isolate the relevant information.  We are interested in:

  • EEG spectra and ERPs
  • fMRI perfusion
  • Circadian rhythms

The work is the result of our collaboration with the School of Physics at Sydney University.
